In 2023 Leaside Gardens welcomed two new board members appointed by the City: Caroline “Lani” Uyeno and Matthew Baker. The board also saw the departure of two board members: Karen Pugliese and former vice-chair Navin Katyal. In September, the board of management elected David Bannon as chair, and Matthew Baker as vice-chair. Together, David and Matt will be joined by Councillor Jaye Robinson, Janice Ivory-Smith (Chair of Operations and Community Relations Committee), Dan Teguh (Treasurer), Kathleen Mackenzie, Glenn Asano, Craig Uyeno, Lisa Villeneuve and Lani Uyeno to form the Leaside Gardens current board of management.
