Calling all heroes!

The Brain Injury Society of Toronto (BIST) Heroes 5K Run, Walk or Roll is happening Sunday, September 30 at Wilket Creek Park!

Join our 5K and form your own ‘Super Hero Squad’ – Capes, Masks, Wings and Super Powers are encouraged! Bring your family, friends and co-workers for a fun filled morning to support a great cause – all proceeds support BIST programs and services.
