Canada Post plans to build a distribution facility in the Leaside Business Park on Wicksteed Ave. adjacent to the Rockport Group’s proposed office condominiums.
Guy Matthew, city planner, said no zoning amendments are required for the distribution facility.
The Rockport Group proposes to build five two-storey office condominiums fronting onto 195-205 Wicksteed. Zoning amendments are required for the office condominiums.
Canada Post declined to give information about their project at this time.
There will be a community meeting sometime following the April 9 review of the Rockport proposals at North York Community Council.
