Laughter Yoga

Adults and Older Adults

Laughing continuously for 10+ minutes a day can relieve stress, depression and anxiety. Laughing produces endorphins that improves our sense of well-being and nurtures positivity. In Laughter Yoga, we do laughter exercises and yoga breathing to deliver oxygen to our brains. Get ready to feel more energetic! Laughter is truly the best medicine. Activities can be done while seated or standing.
