In June, the LMCG, together with volunteers from its user groups (Leaside Hockey Association, Leaside Skating Club, Toronto Leaside Girls Hockey Association, Hockey Extreme) and the community, hosted a food drive in honour of the “King of Leaside” – George Turrell.
