The legendary Alex Ping (among store owners that is) will be at the second meeting about forming a Bayview Business Improvement Area (BIA) on May 21 at Leaside Library.
Ping organized the first BIA in Toronto, at Bloor West Village. The number has grown to 77.
At the first public meeting in this latest attempt to form a BIA here, about 30 people were at the Leaside library to hear John Kiru, president of the Toronto association of BIAs.
